SEVEN MASS BUILDING SHOULDER MOVEMENTS
You want big shoulders. This isn’t a secret. Every bodybuilder does. There probably isn’t an athlete in the history of the sport who has complained the three heads of his deltoids are just too big and powerful. They are a difficult muscle group to target, small and vulnerable to damage. However, when they are fully developed, a pair of impressive deltoids delivers a striking contrast to those around you while showing off the desired pronounced V-shape that wins honors on and off the bodybuilding stage. Let’s examine the top seven mass building exercises that you should be using to build your shoulder size and strength to its full potential!
Number 1 – Seated Barbell Presses
Nothing comes close to this exercise in terms of brute strength and force exerted in order to build up an amazing set of deltoids. You have a seat, you load the bar. You press the weight over your head, recruiting the shoulders to a very high degree of difficultly. As a result of using this movement, you are forced to grow bigger and stronger. Many lifters can seat press nearly as much weight as they can bench press. The stronger you become on this movement, the more advanced your shoulder development will become. Always remember to keep the weight heavy but repetitions in good form. Warm up thoroughly and halt immediately if any pain is detected. This is both a useful and potentially risky movement!

First of all I want to say excellent blog! I had a quick question in which I’d like to ask if you don’t mind.
I was interested to find out how you center yourself and clear your mind prior to writing.
I’ve had a tough time clearing my thoughts in getting my ideas out. I do take pleasure in writing however it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are generally wasted just trying to figure out how to begin. Any recommendations or tips? Many thanks!
I apologize about the delay in getting back to you. I personally do not do all that much of the writing. I have had a couple people request to post content. I was also posting content I found online until I realized that was plagiarism. I hope to do more writing on my own this summer when I have a break from school. I am sorry that I could not be of more assistance.
